A paranormal women’s fiction (PWF) that’ll have you walking on air!
Luella Campbell is having the weirdest day ever. Getting fired from her job at the sunscreen factory for no good reason is bad enough, but when a mysterious dog brings a tempest into her former workplace, Luella’s life is completely upended by the sudden gift of wild and windy magical powers.
With the help of her ride-or-die best friends, her motorcycle-riding mother, and a romantic blast from the past, Luella must find a way to make ends meet while unlocking the mysteries of her newfound magic…and the secrets hidden in the picturesque town of Sparkle Beach.
Sometimes, an empty nest means it’s your turn to fly.

This was a fantastic novel that takes you on a journey. I found the book rather quick to get through especially since I do listen to it at almost double times the speed. This is the first book I have ever read by Kate Moseman. Her storytelling pulls you into the story. Her writing style makes you believe that you are a part of the main characters lives. You want to be friends with her. Honestly it’s like I was the main character.
Xe Sands. Her voice sounds very familiar. But I do believe this is the first book I’ve ever heard her narrate before. Her voice is so soothing throughout the entire book. Her voice is so smooth and quiet it has such a maternal tone to it which is perfect for the main character. When it came to voicing all of the other characters in the book she had very different patterns and tones so each character got their own distinct voice. I will definitely have to be checking out more from this voice actress.
I received this audiobook as part of my participation in a blog tour with Audiobookworm Promotions. The tour is being sponsored by Kate Moseman. The gifting of this audiobook did not affect my opinion of it.
